3. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is as per the selected plan or custom quotation.
• Advance payment is required to begin the project.
• Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery or website launch.
• GST invoice will be provided where applicable.

4. Revisions & Changes

We offer limited revisions based on the selected plan. Major changes or redesign requests after approval may be treated as a new scope and charged additionally.

5. Delivery Timeline

Project timelines vary based on the type of website and responsiveness of the client. WebsiteDevi aims to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe but is not responsible for delays caused by client-side dependencies.

6. Domain & Hosting

• Free domain and hosting (if included) are provided for a limited period as per the plan.
• Renewal charges after the initial period will be borne by the client.
• Ownership details will be shared upon project completion.

7. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance services are provided as per the selected plan duration. After the support period ends, additional support will be chargeable.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that all provided content is legal and does not violate any laws.
• Respond timely to approvals and communication.
• Maintain login credentials securely after project delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebsiteDevi shall not be held responsible for any business losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or services.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). WebsiteDevi is not responsible for their policies, downtime, or issues.
