1. No Refund After Work Starts

Once the project has been initiated and work has started, no refunds will be provided. This includes design work, development setup, or any resource allocation.

2. Advance Payment

All projects require an advance payment to begin.
This advance is non-refundable once the project is initiated.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

If the project has not yet started
If WebsiteDevi is unable to start the project due to internal reasons

4. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, if a project is canceled midway (before significant work is completed), a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work already done.

5. No Refund for Completed Work

Once the website or agreed milestone has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.

6. Third-Party Costs

Domain registration fees are non-refundable
Hosting charges are non-refundable
Any third-party tools or plugins purchased are non-refundable

7. Delay or Non-Response from Client

If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or communication for an extended period, the project will be considered on hold and no refund will be issued.

8. Service-Based Refunds

For services like maintenance or support, refunds are not applicable once the service period has started.

9. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be communicated directly to our team. Initiating chargebacks without discussion may lead to service termination.

10. Policy Updates

WebsiteDevi reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
