Once the project has been initiated and work has started, no refunds will be provided. This includes design work, development setup, or any resource allocation.
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
In rare cases, if a project is canceled midway (before significant work is completed), a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work already done.
Once the website or agreed milestone has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or communication for an extended period, the project will be considered on hold and no refund will be issued.
For services like maintenance or support, refunds are not applicable once the service period has started.
Any payment disputes must be communicated directly to our team. Initiating chargebacks without discussion may lead to service termination.
